The caring@home project has been funded by the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care and led by the Brisbane South Palliative Care Collaborative since 2017.
The project has developed a number of different resources during this time to improve the quality of palliative care service delivery for all Australians.
These resources are applicable Australia-wide for clinical services, health professionals and carers/families.
